Join Bread By Bridget at Monument City Brewing/Key Brewing for a hands-on sourdough focaccia class! You’ll learn the essentials of sourdough bread-making, including mixing your own sourdough focaccia, stretching, folding and more. Plus, discover what sourdough is, how to care for a starter, and gain the confidence to bake amazing bread at home. At the end of the class, you’ll leave with: +Sourdough focaccia you mix and can bake at home +An active sourdough starter +8×8 baking dish +Danish Dough Whisk +spatula +bowl scraper What to bring: Please bring a medium-sized mixing bowl (3–5 quarts) to prepare your loaf.
